After several years without access to further education or professional training, Se joined the DYP Learning Center and began developing the practical knowledge and confidence needed for a more independent future.
He now specialises in bakery, traditional and modern music, and handicraft. His creativity and practical ability are especially strong in bakery and handicraft, where he continues to improve through regular training and hands-on responsibilities.
During the Semi-Independent Living Project year, Se’s primary responsibility is working in the bakery. He will also take greater responsibility for his schedule, shared household duties, budgeting, travel and everyday decisions while remaining connected to regular DYP guidance and follow-up.
“Independence truly means self-reliance and the ability to earn a living independently. It involves having professional skills, organising tasks effectively, and taking responsibility for one’s own life.”Se
