About Discover Your Possibilities (DYP)
DYP Cambodia (Discover Your Possibilities) is a Cambodian NGO supporting people with visual impairments through education, skills training, and independence programs.
Who We Are
Discover Your Possibilities (DYP) is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded and registered with the Ministry of Interior in Cambodia with Prakas #114 on 14 January 2021.
Our purpose is to improve the living conditions of children and adults with visual impairments in Siem Reap Province and, where possible, other provinces in Cambodia. We do this through educational support, skill training, and opportunities in different vocational fields.
DYP is working to change the perception that people with visual impairments must always be dependent on others. We strive to enable students to build independence, confidence, and full participation in society.
Vision, Mission & Goal

Mission
To inspire, support, and encourage children and adults with visual impairments to learn and to define and pursue their own goals.

We go creative ways to generate joy, inspire people with visual impairments to find their own path, and enhance their lives.

Our Impact
DYP exists to help children, youth, and adults with visual impairments build confidence, independence, and greater opportunity through education, practical support, and inclusion.
Access to Learning
Helping students access education, skills, and training that support long-term growth and opportunity.
Independence
Supporting practical skills, confidence, and self-determination so people with visual impairments can define their own future.
Family Support
Providing practical assistance and follow-up for individuals and families facing barriers, hardship, or limited access to resources.
Inclusion & Dignity
Working toward a society where people with visual impairments are included, respected, and able to participate fully.
Why Our Work Matters
Barriers to Education
Many children and young adults with visual impairments still face limited access to inclusive learning, accessible materials, and specialized support.
Barriers to Opportunity
Without training, support, and encouragement, many individuals may be excluded from employment, higher education, and independent living opportunities.
The Importance of Inclusion
DYP believes that ability, dignity, and potential should define a person’s future, not social barriers or assumptions about disability.
Our Partners & Donors
DYP’s programs are sustained by generous partners and donors who believe in education, independence, and inclusion for people with visual impairments.
