DYP Inclusive Café & Bakery
On-campus bread, pastries, desserts, coffee, and drinks, all prepared by students with visual impairments as part of their training at the DYP Learning Center.
Guests enjoy items at DYP and place their voluntary contribution in the on-campus contribution box. No commercial bill or receipt is issued.

Everyday loaves and soft rolls prepared by students with clear hygiene routines.
Pastries & desserts
Simple cakes, cookies, and sweet items for visitors and internal events.
The bakery is developed with EHT, who provide technical guidance on:
- Product standards for bread, pastries, and desserts
- Kitchen safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Training content adapted for students with visual impairments
This partnership helps students gain bakery skills that can be used in future workplaces.

Students practice basic barista skills and service at the DYP Inclusive Café:
- Hot and iced coffee
- Tea and simple non-alcoholic drinks
- Serving drinks for visitors and internal meetings on campus
On-Campus Menu & Suggested Contributions
Guests can enjoy bread, rolls, pastries, desserts, coffee, and drinks on campus. Instead of making a purchase, they place their contribution in the donation box. The amounts below are suggested contributions to support training and ingredients; no commercial bill or receipt is used.
